How to return an item:

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return an item.
IMPORTANT
If you use the pre-paid label, you will be charged $6 to use this.

Top Tips If Shipping Back Independently 

  • To make sure the items arrive back to us safely, we strongly recommend using services such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method, where you receive a shipping slip that can be used as proof of delivery.
  • Please write your order # on the outside of the shipping box or envelope so we can process your return faster.

Conditions of Returning Item:

  • We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear. If you return your items after this time, store credit will be awarded.
  • Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise, Health Code Regulations prohibit us from accepting the return of any packaged underwear, shapewear, and hosiery (NOT bras!) that have been opened.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days to fully process your return. If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it in a box. If you do not have the original box, please use a sturdy box to prevent in transit damage to the item. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to store.
  • Final sale items are always noted in their respective pages. Items in the Clearance category are considered final sale and are all final and non-returnable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the conditions of the items are not satisfactory.
Brayola only confirms receipt of a return, if you use our pre-paid label. We will always, send an email confirmation of your refund when it is processed.
