Q:What is your return policy?

We gladly accept the return of items that are unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags and/or packaging within 30 days of delivery. If you return your items after the 30-day window of time, store credit will be issued in place of a refund.

Q:Can I exchange an item for a different item?

We do not currently offer exchanges. However, you can simply return your item for store credit, which can then be used to purchase a new item/different size/color or style.

Q:How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow up to 21 days to fully process your return. Once we receive your item(s), our facility will inspect and process your return. Brayola will send you an email confirmation once your refund has processed.

Q:How can I track my return?

You can check the latest updates by logging into the Returns Center. When you arrive, click on Previous Returns, which will take you to your order # with item list. From there, you will click on the tab that lists your return items; click on the Return ID # link to track your return.

Q:What if I receive an item with damage?

If any of the items in your order are damaged or defective, including items that are final sale, please email our customer service team at support@brayola.com.

Q:How do I start the return process?

Visit our Return Center and follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your return. You will be directed to print a prepaid shipping label.

Q:Am I responsible for shipping cost for a return?

Although Brayola provides free shipping on all orders in the US (over $80), we regrettably cannot offer free return shipping. The prepaid shipping label offered is $6 and will be deducted from your refund. Any paid shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Q:How long will it take to receive my refund?

Q:How do I know if an item is not returnable?

Clearance items are always considered final sale and non-returnable. Final sale items are always noted in their respective pages and cannot be returned.
